IJNC feels that commanders left some key resources and assets under utilized and in reserve that Japan hopes to alleviate in the next turn.
There were some errors in fleet assembly and tactical errors in some of the engagements.
Japan hopes to eliminate the tactical errors and also learn use each mistake to apply resources and ships in a more advantageous way.
